        much of the corporate community.”
         “Southwest is known within the industry for

        its very low turnover rates. When people go
        to work for Southwest, it often becomes their
        final career destination. Research shows that

        when we are having fun and laughing, we
        produce endorphins - our bodies' natural life
        giving, healing medicine. So when work is fun
        and employees are free to laugh and play,

        people are healthier. Perhaps the old
        prescription "Laughter is the best medicine" is

        true. The evidence is pretty convincing.
        People want to come to work when they
        laugh and have fun.”
