The owner of this lovely house
approached us in need of a
durable and long lasting product
to put on his house due to finding
himself having to repaint his
house every two to three years
because of crazing in the plaster
and surface imperfections.

After preparing the walls, we
applied our Levelscreed to the
surfaces to ensure the walls are
free from uneven plaster, defects
and crazing. Our levelscreed also
promotes adhesion to almost any
substrate, The house was then
rendered in a 1.8 Grit Textured
Coating and coated with our
Render Guard to provide
additional protection against UV
and Dirt.

The Project has won numerous awards including, most recently, a
2013 PIA Honourable Mention.

“The eye catching deep orange exterior of the Office Park
was achieved using 60mm thick EPS (expanded polystyrene)
lightweight cladding, fixed to a light steel framework which is
bolted to the reinforced concrete structure. This technology is
used internationally but is only now catching on in the mainstream
SA Building industry. Our Levelscreed was applied to the expanded
polystyrene for adhesion purposes. A mesh was also embedded into the
levelscreed and then rendered with our Textured Coating in a colour called
"Cave Painting".
