To that end I have acted as an agent of change within my organisation.
My Skills
As is evidenced in the video, I have developed my digital literacy skills throughout the
process and also developed a better understanding of the various roles and practices
required to produce a video. I have refined my ability to collaborate and problem solve
through engagement with my co-creators and developed a greater awareness of, and
ability in, what is required to be a digital storyteller (Figure 4.14)

I continue to focus on the significance of relationships in my role as Technical
Development & Support Manager for the GAA and ‘Collaboration’ as well ‘Developing
others’ have been identified as two of my ‘Significant 7’ strengths (Figure 4.15) in a
profiling exercise conducted in a work context in March 2017.
