2. Scholars should complete their own work and be
evaluated based upon that work. Scholars should avoid
academic dishonesty and misconduct in all its forms,
including but not limited to plagiarism, fabrication, or
falsification, cheating, and other academic misconduct.
Adherence demonstrates respect for yourself and others
and ensures an effective learning and working
environment.
3. Scholars are expected to adhere to the Dress
Standards of NWA which may be found on the school’s
website.
4. Scholars will conduct themselves with dignity and
respect; both for themselves and for others and follow
directions given by the teacher, teacher aides,
administration, and any other adult helpers. Scholars are
EXPECTED to show respect to all adults in the school at
NWA.
5. Any item that creates a distraction, whether it be a toy
for fidget device will be confiscated and put in the “toy
graveyard”. Also, no “fidget spinners” are allowed in the
classroom.
6. NWA uses a behavior management system called the
clip chart. Every classroom has a chart. The sixth-grade
