This project is the Foundation’s largest yet, and it will
address many capital needs at Michigan Lutheran
Seminary. MLS has established a facilities review
committee made up of several faculty and staff
members. This committee was tasked with identifying
various capital needs on campus and determining a
priority list of those needs—which are organized into
tiers. Look for a mailing from the Foundation, which
will include further details on the project.
IDENTIFIED NEEDS INCLUDE:
• Outdoor bleachers
• Press box
• Outdoor restrooms and concessions area
• Field surface
• Miscellaneous needs (signage, environmental
controls, etc.)
• Repairs to the shed at Cardinal Field
• Repairs and ADA upgrades to the gym
bleachers
• Repairs to the showers in the boys’ locker room
• Repair or replacement of the utility vehicle
• Purchase of an additional bus
• Auxiliary gymnasium
