How does a Bond Program come to be?

E. WHAT ARE ED SPECS? NOTES:

Educational specifications for a proposed new school facility or major space
renovation include a description of the proposed project, expressing the
range of issues and alternatives. The following information should be
included in the educational specifications:

1. The instructional programs, grade configuration, and type of facility
2. Number of students
3. A list of any specialized classrooms or major support areas non-
instructional support areas, or external activity spaces
4. Estimated size of facility
5. Estimated budget for the facility project
6. School administrative organization

7. Hours of operation that include the instructional day,
extracurricular activities, and any public access or use
