NOTES:
When issues of concern occurs during the project, you should consider the
following:

 Don’t let it sit: good news can wait; bad news can’t.
 Bring up the issue with a proposed recommendation to your immediate
supervisor as soon as possible
 Be a resource to each other
 Understand there are two sides to every coin:
- Practical solutions
- Political solutions
 Develop situational awareness and emotional intelligence
