the bond program?

A. ESTABLISH PROGRAM BUDGET NOTES:

A budget cannot be prepared until the Owner’s requirements, priorities, and
plans have been clarified. The budget is derived from the objectives, tasks,
and activities expressed in the proposal/program. The following are factors
that contribute to establishing a program budget:

 Identify the district’s needs
 Ensure schools are up to date per building code and educational
adequacy
 Consider current growth patterns
 Make recommendation to the board to address the issues
 Develop a budget based on needs of the project
 Determine goals and expectations
