            G. WHAT IS PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLAN? NOTES:

A Project Management Plan is prepared to describe a proposed process to
be implemented in order to develop comprehensive Facility Master Plans for
all schools that make up the District. The plan aims to describe a process
            that includes the following:

                1. The process and decision making should be intentionally shared
                   with the Community.
                2. The process should include input from the administration and the
                   community.
                3. Identifies the tasks needed to complete the bond design and
                   construction project.
                4. Identifies responsibilities of the District, Program Manager, A/E/C

teams, and the individual School Sites.
                5. Incorporates a master timeline for individual tasks and project
                   completion.

This plan has been developed to ensure that the Project Master Planning
process is responsive to the goals established by the District.
