All teachers are engaging with families and students individually when domains are shut off and
or students are struggling. Additionally, if a student is not making their required time on IReady
– teachers are engaging families about the reasons why and trying to accommodate them
individually with one on one meetings, text, dojo, zoom.
Zoom Lessons: - All teachers report that they provide time for fellowship with students.
3rd Grade – Same groupings for both Reading and Math – most are engaged and very
productive. Group C struggles academically and with managing expectations. Work is assigned
in dojo, schoology

4 Grade – Groups are mostly engaged – teacher is struggling with parents waking them up 5
minutes before meeting and kids are grumpy or not engaged. Overall – productive. Work is
assigned is dojo, schoology, google classroom.

5 Grade – Groups are typically engaged and involved. Both teachers report that about 5 to 7
students are inconsistently involved but overall productive. Work is assigned in dojo, schoology,
google classroom.
End of the year conferences for new students:
4 grade – Has 9 will have on the weekend so that it does not interfere with work during the

3 grade – Had two today via telephone. Mrs. Porter has a form that she will share with group
to document discussions. All teachers will discuss academic performance, attendance, behavior
and next years academic expectations. Remind parents that specialty schools have to maintain
C average to attend. Copy of reports to Mrs. Daniels.
