This circa 1925 Feng Xiang tea pot has interesting engraved decorative motifs -
            apart from the obvious ‘camelia sinensis” flowering stem, the base of the pot had
            an  interesting  border  motif  that  can  be  found  quite  regularly  on  silver  Chinese
            silver  items.  The  pot  itself  is  in  a  Chinese  domestic  style  that  was  popular  at  this  time,  probably  because  it
            “spoke” to the rising affluent Chinese middle class.
