Wang Hing & Company’s premises at Queen’s Road were destroyed by bombs during the Japanese invasion of
Hong Kong in 1941. The Lo Family were forced to close the business in both Hong Kong and Canton as a result.
All trading and fiscal records for the company were destroyed in Hong Kong and the family were also forced to
close the Canton trading base - both as a result of Japanese invasion.
