           Each tapering facet brightly enamelled with
           a narrative scene from the famous Chinese
           epic sanguo yanyi, the shoulder with a floral
           band below shou symbols and multiple
           registers of diaper patterns, the fitted
           openwork stand decorated with further floral
           motifs.
