The rectangular bottle, 1800-1860, is decorated on each side with Ruth and Carl Barron Collection, Belmont, Massachusetts, no. 1246.
a courting scene within a raised panel, the base with an apocryphal Rounded bottle: Robert Hall, London, 2008.
Chenghua mark. The smaller ovoid bottle, 1800-1850, is decorated Ruth and Carl Barron Collection, Belmont, Massachusetts, no. 4817.
with a continuous scene of a scholar and his attendant on a terrace,
the base with an apocryphal Yongzheng mark. The third, rounded EXHIBITED:
bottle, 1820-1860, has a raised panel on either side, each with a scene
of two fgures in a landscape, enclosed by lotus meanders and with a Boston, International Chinese Snuff Bottle Society Convention,
