rim, one side painted with the Water Moon
Guanyin and attendant, inscribed and signed
Yihu Jushi Wang Xisan jing hui (painted
with reverence by the Resident of the One
Bottle Studio, Wang Xisan) with two painted
seals, reversed with a blossoming lotus and
dragonfly, dated guihai (1983) and signed
Wang Xisan and Yihu Zhai with one painted
seal.

The slightly tapering rectangular bottle with
rounded corners, painted on the interior sides
with a bright color palette depicting ‘Children
at Play’ in a garden setting; each side titled to
match the theme, one side signed Xisan with
one red seal, the verso dated guihai (1983),
signed Wang Xisan, with an additional red
seal mark.
