AN INSIDE-PAINTED ROCK CRYSTAL SNUFF BOTTLE
Ye Zhongsan, 1902; the bottle, 1780-1880
Of thin dimensions, with a possibly reduced cylindrical neck, flat
lip and oval foot ring, the interior painted in muted colors depicting
a fisherman in his wind-swept raincoat standing in a boat on a
mountain-surrounded river, the forefront bank with trees and a horse,
inscribed as dedicated to Yufeng, dated renyin (1902), signed Ye
Zhongsan, one seal mark.
