The Business development plan for Bumble Bee House (Academy), (BBHA), in
Vyshneve Kiev Region, Ukraine will encompass various concepts, ideas and strategic
modelling with view to it becoming a potential exclusive educational academy.
In the ESL Language sector, language instruction is offered in various forms which ranges
from conversational skills for personal needs to intensive training courses for career or
educational opportunities. ESL Schools or language centres teach foreign languages,
English as a second language, Business language and job specific language.
Bumble Bee House (Academy), BBHA, will aim to hire competent and qualified instructors,
(teaching and non – teaching staff members), to help it build the Academy of our future in
the Vysneve Kiev Regions of Ukraine.
BBHA wants to become one of the leading Academies in the educational industry in the
whole of the Kiev region.
This makes it highly necessary for BBHA to build a well-structured academy from the
onset.
BBHA will work hard to ensure that we only attract people with the right mind-set to help
us achieve our business goals and objectives.
Below is the business structure that the Bumble Bee House Academy will aim to build:
Head of Academy
Academy Administrator
Tutors for Various Languages and courses
Customer and Client Service/Front Desk Officer
Cleaners/Security Officer, (if necessary)
1. BBHA Business Structure
It is a known fact that the success of any business is to a large extent is dependent on the
business structure of the organisation and the people who occupy the available roles
within the organisation. Bumble Bee House Academy (BBHA), will build a solid business
structure that can support the growth of the academy and the language centre.
