                       Zealand / United Kingdom and USA

                     Completion of Official UK/USA/Australian/New Zealand Government forms
                     Sale of language books and training materials (DVDs, and CDs for individuals)



                   5.  BBHA Vision Statement
               BBHA vision is to build a highly competitive language school that will become the number
               one  choice  for  students  in  the  Ukraine  Kiev  Region.  Our  vision  reflects  our  values:
               integrity, service, excellence and teamwork.


                   6.  BBHA Mission Statement

                     BBHA mission is to provide professional and conducive learning environment to

                       students at different levels of learning as it relates to the language and skill of their
                       choice.

                     Our overall business goal is to position BBHA to become the leading language
                       Academy brand in the language school industry in Kiev Ukraine, and also to be

                       amongst the top language Academies in the Ukraine within the first 5 years of
                       operation.

                   7.  BBHA engaged Tutors for Various Academy Courses will:

                     Teach subjects as assigned by the BBHA administrator

                     Establishes foundations in various languages and courses as assigned
                     Accesses the progress of students under their care

                     Ensures that students abide by the rules and regulations of the academy
                     Contributes his/her quota towards growing the academy

                     Receives  complaints/feedback  from  students  and  channel  these  to  academy
                       administrators for action if it is to do so. appropriate to do so

                     Handles any other duty as assigned by the school administrator
