 Regularly hold meetings with key stakeholders (students and member of the school
board) to review the effectiveness of the schools’ Policies, Procedures and
Processes
 Maintains office supplies by checking stocks; placing and expediting orders;

evaluating new products.
 Defines job positions for recruitment and managing interviewing process

 Carries out induction for new team members
 Responsible for training, evaluation and assessment of employees

 Responsible for arranging travel, meetings and appointments

 Oversees the smooth running of the daily activities of the language school.
 Welcomes / receive students by greeting them in person or on the telephone;

answering or directing inquiries.
 Ensures that all contacts with parents and students (e-mail, walk-In centre, SMS

or phone) provides the students with a personalized customer service experience
of the highest level

 Through interaction with students on the phone, uses every opportunity to build
student’s interest in the academy’s’ products and services

 Manages administrative duties in an effective and timely manner
 Consistently stays abreast of any new information on the schools’ products,

promotional campaigns etc. to ensure accurate and helpful information is supplied
to students when they make enquiries

3. BBHA Product and Services being offered:

BBHA is going to offer variety of learning and instruction services within the scope of the
English (ESL) language in the Ukraine and a diversity of Art and Design/craft courses
including dance.

BBHA’s intention of starting this academy is to soundly educate people in various English
languages skills, Art & Craft including Dance Academy, and of course to make profit in the
process.

4. BBHA will do all that is permitted by the law in the Ukraine to achieve its aim
and business goals. BBHA will offer below;

 Foreign languages courses (French, German,….l)
 English as a second language

 IELTS / Cambridge KET/PET
 Career language counselling

 Business “Job specific” language courses
