                   10. Cleaners/Security:

                     Responsible for cleaning the school facility at all times

                     Ensures that toiletries and supplies don’t run out of stock
                     Cleans both the interior and exterior of the schools’ facility



                     Handles any other duty as assigned by the academy administrator
                     Ensures that the academy is secured at all times

                     Controls traffic and organise parking
                     Gives security tips to staff members from time to time

                     Any other duty as assigned by the academy administrator.

               Market Trends

               The trend in the language ESL line of business is that the keys to attracting
               students  are  educational  performance  and  the  pass  rate  of  their  students  in
               national exams. Any language school that has good records will always thrive.

               The  demand  for  the  services  offered  by  language  ESL  are  driven  by  the  fact  that
               businesses people, tourists and students would need to learn the language of their host
               country they are visiting if they truly want to integrate fully in the country or community.

               The areas BBHA would need to spend heavily on is in ensuring that the academy is up to
               standard, on advertisements, and marketing to ensure recruitment.


                   12. BBHA Target Market

               BBHA is going to offer variety of language instruction services within the scope of the ESL
               language  learning  in  Kiev  Ukraine.  The  intention  of  starting  the  BBHA  is  to  soundly
               educate people in various languages and Art and Dance, but also to make profits from the
               academy business in this region.

               BBHA’s target market as a private Academy will be open to people’s needs (students,
               tourist,  and  business  people)  of  different  classes  and  cultural  background.  BBHA  is
               coming into the language industry with a business concept that will enable it to work with
               the students at different learning stages, by tailoring their needs

                   13. BBHA’s Competitive Advantage


               Any new venture, especially in an emerging economy such as Ukraine, is highly risky and
               competitive. For BBHA to be successful, it will need to have a significant competitive edge
               over  other  start-ups  within  this  industry.  It  can  be  very  difficult for  new  businesses  to
               establish themselves in the ESL language industry. In this case, it is imperative that the
               reputation  of  the  academy  is  quickly  established  so  there  is  a  positive  feedback from
               clients/students/stakeholders.
