                                                  Roles and Responsibilities

               2. Head of Academy:

                   1.  Creates an effective management structure and effectiveness by:

                          a.  Employing,  selecting,  positioning,  training,  coaching,  counselling,  and
                              training staff and tutors to the core values of Bumble Bee House aims and
                              objectives.

                          b.  By communicating BBHA values, strategies, and objectives and outcomes

                          c.  By  assigning  accountabilities  to  various  staff  members  or  employees
                              according to their level of participation, commitment and qualifications and
                              experience.

                          d.  Planning, monitoring, and appraising student outcomes and results;

                          e.  Developing  incentives;  developing  a  climate  for  offering  information  and
                              opinions; providing educational opportunities for tutors/trainers and clients

                   2.  Produces,  communicates,  and  implements  the  organization’s  vision,
                       mission,  and  overall  direction  –  i.e.  leading  the  development  and
                       implementation of the overall organisation’s strategy to be:

                     Responsible for fixing academy fees and signing up students and any  business
                       deals

                     Accountable for providing direction for the academy/ business in mutual agreement
                       with owners proprietors

                     Creates,  interconnects,  and  implements  the  organization’s  vision,  mission,  and
                       overall direction – i.e. leading the development and implementation of the overall
                       organization’s strategy.

                     The  Head of the academy (MAY) be given authority to signing of cheques or to
                       agreeing on costing on behalf of BBH in the absence of owners/proprietors

                     To  Evaluates  the  success  of  the  organization  periodically  and  offer
                       solutions/change in direction or agree a course of action

                     Design  job  descriptions  with(Key  performance  Indicators,(KPI)  to  drive
                       performance management for tutors (teachers)

                     Responsible for overseeing the smooth running of  administrative tasks for the
                       Academy
