               BBHA is quite aware that to be highly competitive in the educational industry means that
               BBHA should be delivering a consistent quality of service and students should be able to
               experience remarkable improvement in their skills being learned and BBHA should be
               able to meet the expectations of both students and parents alike.

               BBHA may be a new into the language and ESL market in the Vyshneve region of Kiev,
               but the management and owners of BBHA will avail the best teachers and tutors qualified
               by Western standards, who should be licensed to teach at the levels they will teach. These
               are the key components of BBHA competitive advantage.
               Lastly, BBHA will respect its employees and this will help to instil pride in the academy
               meaning that they will be more than willing to build the business to protect their future with
               BBHA, and help to deliver BBHA’s set goals and achieve all business aims and objectives.

                   14. BBHA School Business Plan – SALES AND MARKETING STRATEGY

               BBHA  is  mindful  of  the  fact  that  there  is  strong  competition  amongst  ESL  language
               academes in the Kiev Region; hence BBHA will engage qualified and trained western
               teachers to handle the academies’ growth plans.

               BBHA will also ensure that students’ who produce excellent results from national exams
               and other exams speaks for HBBA in the market place; we want to build a standard  that
               will give  BBHA the edge over competitors and this will be the greatest advertisement for
               BBHA on word of mouth advertisement from satisfied clients.
                   15. BBHA is set to make use of the following marketing and sales strategies to
                       attract clients;

                     Introduce  BBHA      by  sending  introductory  letters  alongside  BBHA  brochure  to

                       schools,  corporate  organisations  and  key  stake  holders  in  Kiev  and  Vyshneve
                       regions of Ukraine.

                     Print out fliers and business cards and strategically drop them in schools, libraries
                       and even student organisations

                     Use friends and family to spread  the word about BBHA
                     Introduce  BBHA to learning specialists, school administrators, teachers, guidance
                       counsellors especially as they are with students everyday

                     Post information about BBHA on bulletin boards in places like schools, libraries,

                       and local coffee shops.
                     Place  a  small  or  classified  advertisement  in  newspapers,  or  local  publications
                       about BBHA.

                     Use referral networks such as agencies that will help match students with BBHA

                     Join relevant ESL/English association or body that will enable us to network and
                       meet others in same industry.
                     Advertise online by using an advertising platform such as Google, Facebook that

                       will allow BBHA to place text advertisements alongside on websites with related
                       contents, and along results from search engines.
