LOOKING FORWARD IN TIME (Aug 2016)

Almost feet from this location on the previous picture you can see I chopped a tree

in early May and later subcontractors for DNR came thru and cleared out obsta-

cles.

Apparently after that a tree fell in the river. Compare the two
pics and notice the barren trees now in full bloom. Some of

these I had thought dead later leafed up and conceal the

banks of the river and areas I could see the horizon.

Summer and spring on this section is very nar-
