Designed has been developed with prime consideration on workers well-being,
safety, quicker construction, cost-effectiveness, and the building performance.
Rainwater collection to reuse with 17000 gallons of separate reservoir was
integrated. 4,800Sqft semi-intensive green roof with 7800Sqft site landscaping
was incorporated for thermal and environmental benefit. Natural ventilation and
day light to optimise indoor air quality & optimal lighting. Solar panel will provide
necessary electric power for utility, service area and site surrounding including
emergency lighting and alarm system. Low flow water fixture, drip irrigation
for landscaping, energy efficient lighting system was also installed. Overall
implementation measures will reduce 30% water and energy consumption.
