GMS Factory complex is LEED Platinum certified and our office was commissioned for
the interior including functional layout planning and construction top supervision of
their newly built five storied structure. Ground floor will accommodate administrative
staff, Chairman and directors on the first floor, merchandise and IT section on 2nd &
3rd floor and guest house facilities for foreign buyers on 4th floor. The design process
was responsive to the actual needs and factory building compliance through various
level of discussion with management and external associates related to HAVOC,
compliance, VRF and Energy management. Censor based smart LED lighting
solution was designed besides using recycled crates and pallets wood for celling work
and provided opportunity to the young artists to do live hand paint on various walls.
