4. องคNป ะชุม

4.1 ในกา ป ะชุมคณะอานวยกา บ ิหา จะต องป ะกอบด วยสมาชกในคณะอานวยกา บ ิหา ไมนอยกวา

กึ่งหนึ่ง (1/2) ของจํานวนสมาชิกในคณะอํานวยกา บ ิหา ทั้งหมด จึงจะค บองคNป ะชุม
Executive Committee meeting shall consist of at least one-half (1/2) of
the members of Executive Committee to constitute a quorum.
4.2 ที่ป ะชุมคณะอํานวยกา บ ิหา จะต องค บเปjนองคNป ะชุมทั้งในเวลาเ ิ่มป ะชุม และตลอด ะยะเวลา
กา ป ะชุมในแต<ละค ั้ง
The quorum shall be present both at the time the meeting starts and throughout
each meeting.
4.3 เมื่อถึงเวลานัดป ะชุม หากที่ป ะชุมไม<ค บองคNป ะชุม ให เลื่อนป ะชุมไปเปjนสัปดาหNถัดไป
ณ สถานที่และในเวลาเดียวกับที่กําหนดไว เดิม (ห ือในเวลาเดิมแต<วันทํากา ถัดไป หากวันที่เลื่อน
ไปนั้นต งกับวันที่ไม<ใช<วันทํากา ) และในที่ป ะชุมที่เลื่อนไปนั้น หากมีสมาชิกจํานวนสอง (2) คน

At the time the meeting was scheduled to start, if the quorum was not present,
the meeting shall be postponed to the following week at the same venue and time
(or the same time but on the following working day, if the postponed date was not
a working day). If there are two (2) members attending the postponed meeting in
person, the quorum is constituted.
