1. โค งส างของคณะก มกา ผลิตภัณฑN
Product Governance Committee Structure
1.1 คณะก มกา ผลิตภัณฑNจะต องได ับกา แต<งตั้งจากคณะก มกา บ ิษัท
Product Governance Committee shall be appointed by the Board of Directors.
1.2 คณะก มกา ผลิตภัณฑNต องมีความเหมาะสมกับลักษณะ ขนาด และความซับซ อนของZุ กจ

ดูแลกิจกา ที่ดี และส างคุณค<าให บ ิษัทฯ อย<างเหมาะสมใน ะยะยาว
Product Governance Committee must be appropriate with business characteristics, size,
and complexity. Therefore, the Company is able to conduct the business with fairness,
transparency, responsibility to stakeholders under the Corporate Governance Code
and long-term value creation.
1.3 คณะก มกา ผลิตภัณฑNต องมีความ ู ความสามา ถ ป ะสบกา ณNที่เพียงพอ เข าใจถึงคุณสมบัติ
หน าที่และความ ับผิดชอบของตน และต องมีลักษณะตามเกณฑNดังต<อไปน ี้
Product Governance Committee must have sufficient knowledge, capability and
experience as well as understand their qualifications, duties and responsibilities.
It must also follow these criteria.
1.3.1 ก มกา ผลิตภัณฑNอย<างน อยหนึ่ง (1) คนต องเปjนก มกา ในคณะก มกา บ ิษัท ห ือ
เปjนผู บ ิหา ของบ ิษัทฯ ห ือเปjนผู ท งคุณวุฒิที่มีความ ู ความเข าใจเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑN
At least one member of the Product Governance Committee must be
a director of the Board of Directors or the Company’s executive or expert that
has knowledge and understanding about products.
1.3.2 ก มกา ผลิตภัณฑN ายอื่นต องเปjนหัวหน าหน<วยงาน ห ือเปjนผู ที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญเทียบเท<า
หัวหน าหน<วยงาน ซึ่งทําหน าที่เกี่ยวกับกา ออกผลิตภัณฑN อันได แก<กา พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑN
คณิตศาสต Nป ะกันภัย กา ลงทุน กฎหมาย กา ดูแลกา ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย กา บ ิหา
ความเสี่ยง และกา ปฏิบัติกา เปjนอย<างน อย
Other members of Product Governance Committee must be division
executives or experts with the level of expertise equivalent to the division
executive in charge of, at least, product development, actuarial science,
investment, law, compliance, risk management, and operations.
