If your work authorization is subject to expiration, you will be required to resubmit
authorization documents before the expiration date and complete a new DHS Form I-9.

               BACKGROUND CHECKS AND CONSUMER REPORTS

From time to time, we and/or our clients require that a background check be performed and
“passed” as a prerequisite to placement on the assignment. The background check will be
performed after the conditional offer of employment has been made, obtaining your written
consent, and in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FRCA). At times an additional
background check may be required with acceptable results as a requirement for continued

placement on assignment. A summary of your FCRA rights is included in the onboarding packet.

               EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS

               TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES

Periodically, it becomes necessary for us to hire individuals for a client to perform a job or to
work on a project that has a limited duration. Typically, this happens in the event of a special

project, special time of year, abnormal workload, or emergency.

Individuals whom we hire for such work are temporary employees and they are not eligible to
participate in any of our Company benefit programs, nor can they earn or accrue any paid leave
benefits, such as vacation leave or sick leave.

Temporary employees will be provided all benefits mandated by law.

Temporary employees cannot change from temporary status to any other employment status
by such informal means as remaining in our employ for a long period of time or through oral
promises made to them by coworkers, members of management, or supervisors. The only way
a temporary employee’s status can change is through a written notification signed by President
               or Vice President.

               PART-TIME AND FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES

Depending on the number of hours per week you are regularly scheduled to work, you are
either a part-time or a full-time employee. It is necessary that you understand which of these
classifications you fit into, because it will be important in determining whether you are entitled
               to benefits and paid leave.

Part-time employees: Employees who are regularly scheduled to work fewer than 30 hours per
               week are part-time employees.
