Team for investigation and corrective action to be taken, when appropriate. The company
takes complaints of discrimination and harassment very seriously. Thus, there is no
requirement to follow any formal chain of command when filing a complaint. Employees may
file complaints or express any issue of concern with Human Resources Service Team or any
member of the Executive Team at any time.
All complaints will be taken seriously, will be investigated promptly, and will be kept
confidential to the maximum extent possible. Employees found guilty of discrimination
disciplinary action will be taken, up to and including termination of employment.
If it is determined that a complaint was filed under false pretenses and/or false information was
intentionally provided, the individual who filed the complaint under false pretenses or who
provided the false information will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including
termination of employment.
PAY TRANSPARENCY POLICY
We will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants
because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another
employee or applicant. However, if you have access to the compensation information of other
employees or applicants as part of your job, you cannot disclose the pay of other employees or
applicants to individuals who do not otherwise have access to compensation information,
unless the disclosure is:
In response to a formal complaint or charge
In furtherance of an investigation, proceeding, hearing, or action, including an
investigation conducted by the employer
Consistent with our legal duty to furnish information
If you have any questions concerning this policy, please speak with your direct supervisor or a
Human Resource Service Team member.
NON-DISCRIMINATION AND ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY
We have developed policies to ensure that you can work in an environment free from unlawful
harassment, discrimination and retaliation, and will make reasonable effort to ensure that all
concerned are familiar with these policies and are aware that any complaint in violation of such
policies will be investigated and resolved appropriately.
