Employee of the Year Award: The Employee of the Year Award is provided once a year to an employee who
has exemplified core behavior of EACH-I. Nominations are submitted by E3 Managers and Team Leads
which is selected by E3 Management Team.
Ryan McArdle Peer Award: Each year E3 seeks nominations for the Corporate Peer Award to recognize an
employee for his or her superior performance for their client, on internal E3 initiatives, and to fellow
employees as identified and recognized by their peers (non-management). Effective as of 2012, E3 has
renamed the award and instituted the Ryan McArdle Peer Award in remembrance of one of our great
employees who passed away in April 2012.
5.3 Employee Bonuses
5.3.1 Capture Bonus
A Capture Bonus is a lump sum bonus that is available to individuals who had a significant contribution and
participation in winning a proposal effort for E3. The bonus amount is dependent on the total contract value (TCV),
and the significance you played during the proposal process.
Capture bonuses can be paid at any time throughout the year, usually within 30 days of contract award, assuming
there is no protest. All E3 employees are eligible except CxOs, Account Directors, BD Director, Director of Contracts,
and HR Manager. For more details, please reference the Capture Bonus SOP.
5.3.2 Incentive Plans
An Incentive Plan is a performance bonus that is available to the management team. It is based on corporate and
individual performance against annual goals and metrics (e.g., revenue, profit, business growth targets, strategic and
personal initiatives, etc.). Plans will be established in writing at the beginning of each year, or within 90 days of a
new manager’s start date. If a new manager starts after August 31 , they will not be eligible for the current plan

year. It is paid on an annual basis and prorated for eligible managers that work for a portion of the year. Managers
must be E3 employees at time of payment to be eligible for pay out.
5.3.3 Employee Referral Bonus
E3 is always looking for Exceptional employees, and we value your help in finding them! E3 recognizes employee
referrals are excellent contributors, they stay with the company longer, and are a more cost effective to recruit.
This is where you come in. To continue to hire outstanding talent, E3’s employee referral program
encourages employees to introduce talented friends, family members, or former colleagues to career
opportunities at E3.
All positions are posted by E3’s Recruiting Department posts all openings on E3’s website under Career
Opportunities (http://www.e3federal.com/career-opportunities.html).
A $500 referral bonus is available for all internal positions (Note – the referral bonus amount may be increased
based on position). All referral bonuses are less applicable taxes. Once the referral is hired and completes 90 days
of service with E3, the bonus will be processed to the referring employee within the next payroll cycle. The
referring employee must be active E3 employee at the referral’s 90 day mark in order to remain eligible for the
bonus.
All E3 employee are eligible for referral bonus, with the exception of members of the Leadership team and E3’s
Recruiting department. Any referred candidate whose information is currently in E3’s applicant tracking system is
not eligible. Any referred candidate that is a current or former E3 employee is also not eligible.
To submit a referral, please send the referral’s resume to jobs@e3federal.com. If the referral is for a specific
opening, please include information related to the position you are. Referring a candidate to, including the
position title, location, and applicable skills sets the referral is being referred for. If the referral is for general (non-
