Point of Contact
Your main point of contact is your Supplier Employer for all questions outside daily
work assignments.
Example: When do I get paid? Who do I send my timesheet? Where should I park?
Daily work questions pertaining to the task at hand are to be directed to the Nationwide
Manager
Example: To whom do I escalate a work issue? What are my work hours? Project
timeframe or project expectations…etc.
A Mentor contact may also be assigned to you by your Supplier Employer. This will be
another associate within your company currently working at the Client site. This mentor
will assist you with questions during your first month on assignment.
Timesheets
A brief training session will take place during your orientation with your Supplier
Employer as to how to record your daily hours utilizing Nationwide’s Vendor
Management System, Fieldglass. You are responsible for submitting your time into
Fieldglass weekly.
At the end of each week, you are responsible to have the Nationwide Manager approve
your timesheet in Fieldglass. All timesheets should be submitted and approved by
Monday at 10AM, unless there has been a holiday on Monday, in which timesheets
would then be due by Tuesday at 10AM.
Once you have been trained to use Fieldglass, this is an example of your login
procedure, login information provided by your Supplier Employer:
