Computer Policy/Confidentiality

                    Computers are Client’s property.  Any learned information while on assignment is
                    considered proprietary and is not to be discussed outside work.

                    All Temporary Staff must sign a Confidentiality Agreement with your Supplier
                    Employer.

                    Privacy and Confidential Information

                    Confidential Information
                    Temporary Staff may not use, disclose or distribute any confidential information except
                    as necessary or required to perform the assignment. Confidential information includes
                    but is not limited to any information concerning client assets, products, medical or non-
                    public financial data, contract consultants, agents, policyholders, shareholders,
                    borrowers, customers, suppliers, internal programs or practices, technology and
                    technical data, trademarks, trade secrets and know-how, intellectual property and
                    existing or proposed Client investments.  If there is access to confidential information,
                    you should use your best efforts to safeguard the information against any unauthorized
                    disclosure, misuse, loss or theft.  For example: be aware when discussing business in
                    public places (airports, restaurants, etc.).  Certain departments may have stricter
                    standards and/or legally-required standards regarding confidentiality.  Consult with
                    your Client manager regarding any special confidentiality requirements in your area.

                    All materials containing confidential information shall remain the property of the Client
                    and you shall not retain such materials after the termination of your assignment. Even
                    after your assignment at the Client work site, you cannot use or disclose any
                    confidential information to anyone who is not authorized specifically by Client to
                    receive it.

                    Copyrights, Patents, and other Intellectual Property
                    During your assignment, you may have the opportunity to learn, work on or create
                    materials or projects that contain trade secrets, copyrighted information, or other
                    intellectual property information.  Intellectual property includes but is not limited to
                    patents, patent applications, inventions, conceptions, ideas, know-how, specifications,
                    methods, techniques, computer programs, copyrightable works, and/or technical and
                    product information.  All intellectual property that is conceived or created by you, alone
                    or with others, during your assignment that relates to the business of Client, is contained
                    within the deliverable requested by Client, or is conceived or created using resources of
                    Client, in whole or in part, shall be deemed the exclusive property of Client and you
                    shall assign your rights in such intellectual property to Client, where necessary, without
                    additional compensation. You are required to notify and fully disclose to Client the
                    development of such intellectual property. Whenever requested to do so by Client, you
                    must execute any and all applications, assignments or other instruments that Client shall
                    deem necessary to apply for and obtain Letters Patent of the United States or any
