Dress-down Days
As a way to support various community-related charities or associate recognition
programs, associates may have the opportunity to participate in dress-down days by
donating time or money. The following list shows the appropriate choices for those
associates who wish to participate in dress-down days:
Business casual attire
Capri pants
Denim jeans
Denim skirts or dresses
Athletic or other casual shoes; dressy sandals; dressy shoes with open
toes and/or heels; and approved footwear without socks or hose.
Any clothing and/or footwear that is inappropriate under this policy (e.g., flip flops,
shorts, etc.), are never permitted.
Personal Phone Use
During the workday, you are responsible for conducting company business. You should
limit your use of company phones (including company issued cell phones) and personal
cell phones for personal calls during your scheduled work time. If it is necessary to keep
your personal cell phone on to receive emergency calls during work time and in your
work area, it should be set on vibrate mode to avoid disrupting the work area.
Personal long distance calls should never be made on company phones unless they are
charged to a personal calling card. Emergency personal calls on company phones are
permitted when necessary.
Misuse of company phones or personal cell phones, PDA’s, or any other personal hand
held devices, in the work area during scheduled work time will be reported to your
agency.

following information must be filled in:
