'aromatically' offended by dominating scents. It's best not to wear cologne or
perfume, but if you must, keep it light and make it a soft scent. Always be
aware of your personal hygiene in regards to working closely with others.

                        Respect Your Co-Worker’s Privacy
Short of having a closed office door, people are bound to overhear phone
conversations, especially in open and cubicle areas. Regardless, it is impolite to
make reference to an overheard conversation unless that person initiates the
discussion. On the flip side, you know that your calls are equally public, so don't
talk about things you don't want people to hear. The same goes for looking at
someone's computer screen without their knowledge. If a fax isn't addressed to
you, don't read it. If you are in someone else’s office avoid reading the papers on
their desk. This may seem like pretending, but it is polite. Be sensitive to your
colleagues' need for privacy. For example: If you're in someone's cubicle or
office and he or she receives a phone call, offer to excuse yourself.

 Keep Distracting Noise to a Minimum
Just because others can hear you don't mean they want to:
                                        - use headphones for music in public areas
                                        - don't talk loudly across partitions
                                        - keep cell phones ringers low
                                        - answer phones promptly

Use of speakerphones in public working areas is extremely distracting to those
in the vicinity. Unless the conversation explicitly requires the use of a
speakerphone, try and use the receiver instead as to not be disruptive to your co-
                           workers.

                    Dress Code/Personal Appearance

As a Temporary Worker, always present a professional image to customers and the
public. Business casual attire may be worn at anytime, however, the following clothing
items are considered inappropriate attire at all times, even during dress-down days,

the following are allowed: dressy sandals; dressy shoes with open toes
