After spending every single day, for twelve years dreaming of the day I can finally
be free of school, I’m not that sure if I want it to be over or not, now that the end
is in sight. I can’t begin to imagine not having my friends with me every second
of the day, sharing my dumb thoughts, and pushing me forwards. I couldn’t
have survived these past years without my family’s unwavering support, and my
teachers’ never ending patience (and detentions) that got me through. Thank
you to every single person in my grade for helping me have the best senior class
ever, I hope we all reach the heights we’ve always dreamed of and surpass them.
Finally getting to use my ‘senior privileges’.

Hold up, I’m writing my senior statement?
When I used to read previous senior profiles, I used to always comment on how cheesy they
sound, but now that I’m in their position, I can safely say that every single emotion they felt
is 100% accurate. As much as I continuously complained at the amount of exams I had, I’ll
always be thankful for being a part of Choueifat. I became a part of this school in KG1, and
here I am 14 years later! It’s such a bittersweet ending, and I have every single person that
has supported me to thank, but most importantly, my mother and father, who are perfect
examples of role models, as they have supported me through my swings and mental break-
downs... I don’t know where I would be without your advice. This school has become my
second home, and I can’t express how much it has shaped a better version of me.
Bye Choueifat, you’ve been good.
