Having spent thirteen years in this school, I’ve endlessly learned about electric-
ity, thermodynamics, locus etc. but none of us were taught what to do once we
graduate. I’ve experienced an infinite amount of breakdowns due to the stress that
accumulated because of our hectic timetable and prayed to God to help me grad-
uate completely sane. Now that I’ve got one foot into university, I’ve realized my
affinity to the school’s chairs (that have pulled my hair one too many times), tables,
and walls, but most importantly its people. I am most grateful for my family, who
have always pushed me to do my very best. Lastly, I would like to thank my friends
for tolerating my awful mood swings.
I skipped Mechanics homework once, so the supervisor called my mom to ask if I had gone home because I
was ‘missing’ for two hours. My mom said no, and that if they didn’t find me she would call the police to file
a missing report. The school panicked and people in our grade started rumors saying I was abducted. Long
story short, I almost got a missing person report, which ended with my mom taking me to Mr. Khatib’s office
because she thought I deserved some sort of punishment (no exaggeration!!)

After countless of eventful nights, I can finally say that we all made it
together... it was a tough journey, but it was definitely worth it. I give
special thanks to my family who has supported me in my education,
and provided me with enough love and motivation. I would also like to
thank my friends, whom I know I can count on with anything.
I wish everyone the best in their next chapters of life.
