                           The real estate team has been busy mapping out the
                           capital expenditure (CAPEX) programme, planning
                           the final stages of the Concept system for roll out,
                           interviewing for the new Design & Build panel and
                           creating the Acquisition & Growth Strategy for
                           2019/20.

                           CAPEX Projects and Design & Build
                           Following completion of the works to new floors 3 & 4 at 1 King
                           William Street, our contractors are now upgrading communal
                           spaces on floors 6 & 7.  Floor 6 will accommodate a newly
                           configured customer breakout lounge, a series of meeting rooms
                           and the new business centre – the current facilities on the 5 th
                           floor will be converted back to offices.  On floor 7 the existing
                           lounge will be enhanced to provide a club/business lounge with
                           the existing reception desk being converted to a communal
                           hot-desk area with new chairs and dividers.  We hope the
                           facility will be well used by office customers at the building and
                           encourage new Membership sales.  Providing this impressive
                           hot-desk facility in a signature lounge on one of our best floors
                           in the City demonstrates the commitment LEO has to driving new
                           Memberships.
