The Unoccupied Office Challenge took place throughout Q1. Eight teams competed with the aim to sell
as many unoccupied offices within a set timeframe. We are delighted to announce that the winning
team is Team 6 which includes; Toni Wilkinson, Pui San Looi, Katherine Seaton, Mariola Kołaczkiewicz,
Eugene Sankey, Laura Wood, Suzanne McCarthy, Mira Calvey and Beth Hampson.

We sold 20 offices which equated to 8,576 sqft We have contracts out and strong interest
which is the same as selling the whole of 84 on 14 offices equating to 6,914 sqft which is
Brook Street in 3 months the same as selling the whole of 23 Berkley
