What’s my role?
The most successful coaching partnerships begin with a client who has a clear
idea of what they want to accomplish and is open to collaboration and new
perspectives. As a coaching client, your role is to create the coaching agenda
based on personally meaningful goals. Assume full responsibility for your own
decisions and actions and use the coaching process to promote possibility
thinking and fresh perspectives. Engage big-picture thinking, problem-solving
skills and take the tools, concepts, models and principles provided by your
coach to engage in effective forward actions.
How do I find a coach that is right for me?
Before you begin the process of choosing a coach, reflect on your objectives
for the time with the coach and what you would like to achieve. Being clear
on your goals will enable you to find the coach best-suited to help you reach
them.
LEO has a team of coaches that have completed the ICF Accredited Coach
Training Programme and are currently building up their practical experience to
achieve the professional coaching qualification. If you feel they can be of help
please contact them directly.
