Compliance

The Compliance Team has recently taken over the AML
process for all renewals. This was initiated following
the successful takeover of the residential new
business process back in November 2018.
Look out for new and exciting updates to further streamline the
process over the coming months.
This includes the build of the new AML portal which is on track
for completion shortly. LEO’s new AML client portal will allow
new clients to go through the onboarding process in a seamless
manner.

Features include
The ability for electronic signing of agreements
Data will be automatically pulled from Companies House
Data once entered will never have to be re-entered again
Facial and document checks will be fully automated
