                             Operational Assessment Centres
                             In order to recruit high quality CRA staff, Laura Chilmaid
                             and the HR team have been conducting informal group
                             interview sessions. A number of pre-screened  candidates
                             are invited to attend a session (these run for 2-3 hours)
                             where, as a group, they’re given more information about LEO,
                             its history and standards.
                             LEO GMs with centre vacancies are also invited to attend.
                             The candidates have an opportunity to introduce themselves
                             and are then given scenarios to run through in groups (to test
                             their teamworking abilities), an email scenario (to test their
                             written skills) and have informal interviews with two or more
                             GMs.
                             These  sessions  have  been  working  really  well  for  us  as  a
                             company and the candidates have provided positive feedback
                             also.
                             Referrals
                             Don’t forget that you can refer friends and family for vacant
                             positions within LEO. If your recommended candidate is successful
                             in winning a role and passes their probation, you will receive £1,000
                             (tax and NI deductions will apply).
