                              We would like to say a big thank you for all your
                              efforts in submitting appraisals. Your efforts
                              are appreciated.

                              A new bonus scheme has been rolled out and you should
                              have all received the new bonus policy to your home
                              addresses. Please let HR know if you have not received
                              your bonus letter.

                              The appraisal process is coming to an end. Please make
                              sure you are addressing key items to follow up:
                              1. Regular review of objectives during one to ones.
                              2. Action plans for dealing with any areas of development.
                              3. Identify training requirements.

                              If you have any questions regarding the KPI’s and
                              how they relate to your role, please speak to your
                              Line Manager.     Please send back signed copies to
                              humanresources@leo.co.uk as soon as possible.
                              Please note – Eligibility to join the bonus scheme may be
                              impacted if HR does not receive your signed bonus letter.
                              Finally, this month we welcomed a new
                              member  of the  team,  Rene  Gruzdyte
                              has  joined  as  Payroll  and  HR  Officer.
                              Rene  is   Lithuanian  and  has a  strong
                              educational background in Economics,
                              Finance and Business. Please join me in
                              welcoming Rene to LEO.
