                           Coming soon...Concept Reach – A dedicated portal
                           enabling you to log calls for our Property Services
                           Team.

                           Concept Reach is designed to enable you to have access to
                           an easy to use online facility in which you will not only be able
                           to log new calls but to also see the status of existing ones.
                           The system will send email updates to advise that your tasks
                           have been recorded and when they have been completed.

                           We are also implementing dashboards which will give you
                           the ability to monitor your tasks, view any updates and see
                           works going on in your centre.   Each task that is logged will
                           have  an  SLA  attached  which  you  will  also  be  able  to  view
                           on the dashboard enabling you to have instant updates on
                           priority jobs.

                           The Property Services team have been busy cleansing the
                           data and setting up the system which is due to be rolled
                           out during the month of April.  We will keep you updated on
                           further developments and will shortly be organising training
                           for this wonderful new system.
