In order to aid Customer Retention, Juan will be
contacting all Hot Desk and Lounge members
that do not currently have WiFi secure enabled,
to offer this service to them. He will be in touch
to ensure the relevant clients are contacted.
In order to protect LEO and our employees against the
threat of cyber crime, we are pleased to roll out a
new addition to the online e-learning courses available.
This is a 30-minute interactive course to learn tips &
skills to beat the ever-growing level of sophistication
applied by these criminals. Once the course is available,
you will receive an email notification from e-learning.
New Connect Feature Releases:

‘Last Active’ information has been added to switch
manager, on the switch manager front page itself.
When a switchport is selected, information about the
port is displayed in the footer and last active time will be
included here (if exists). In the Switch Port List For Site
page, a new column has been added. If there is no data,
‘Unknown’ will be displayed as the value in this column.
Ability to now use special Characters for the following
fields: Company Name, Address, User First Name, User
Last Name.
