On 11th January we held our first assessment
centre in the Robert Adam room. The aim of the
assessment centre was to assess Customer
Relations Assistant candidates.
Ella and I were joined by Bethany, Simona, Lucy, Toni and Laura
Chilmaid to assist in the review of four potential employees
keen to join our teams.
The session lasted approximately two hours provided the
opportunity to interview the candidates, test their written and
listening skills as well as observe them in a team environment.
I think everyone involved would agree the session was very
insightful and we plan to hold similar sessions throughout the
year to refine our recruitment process.
Don’t forget, all completed and signed appraisal forms need
to be sent to Appraisals@leo.co.uk by Friday 1 March 2019.

We’re really excited about the launch of the new appraisal
process and are confident the new two-step process will
result in an insightful annual review and a focus on objectives
that are linked with the company goals.
