Property
The real estate team have come out of the blocks
running in the first month of 2019, with several
current projects having been completed and a look
forward to the projects that are being planned for
the near future.
Current Projects
1 King Street: The upgrade works at 1 King Street have been
completed. We are told there has been a great response from
clients at the building who are using the new spaces to great
effect already. We would like to congratulate the team at 1 King
Street and all others involved for a job well done.
1 King William Street: Following on from the success of floors 5, 6
and 7, we have now completed the fit out of floors 3 and 4. With
the creation of more office space and a new client lounge, we are
confident that this will fill up as quickly as the original floors!
Future Projects
We are currently looking at several different strategies for many
of the buildings in our portfolio, the two which are likely to start
soonest are a re-vamp of the ground and lower ground floors at
288 Bishopsgate following the flood that the building suffered,
and again a re-vamp of the ground and lower ground floors
at 78-79 Pall Mall. These uplifts will greatly enhance the client
experience of these two pillars of our portfolio.
Future Acquisitions
As always, the team are on the look out for new opportunities to
grow the LEO portfolio in a multitude of different locations, should
