Knowing not only who our competitors are, but the specifics of their offerings
will enhance our industry knowledge and ultimately our own service offering.
This month’s competitor feature is on Office Space In Town’s newest building in
Blackfriars – 22 Tudor Street.
What’s it all about?

Office Space In Town – 22 Tudor Street

Theme of happiness throughout
the building, different themes on
each floor.

OSiT occupy the whole building,
six floors which consist of only
office space – no co-working.

Several crazy meeting rooms
with themes such as:
Honey I shrunk the kids
Under the sea
Up in space
Giraffes!
Each floor is themed with a
different ‘happy colour’.

Clients have access to a roof
terrace and lots of communal
space. The building features
large kitchen areas to encourage
clients to take time out of their
office.
