With the new Design & Build panel being finalised, the
CAPEX project at 288 Bishopsgate is set to start on
Monday 27 May, with the ground and lower ground
th
floors being completely revamped.
The ground floor area will provide a welcoming, modern reception
leading to an open-plan professional but “active” business/working
area with hot-desks, small working/meeting booths and a fixed-desk
area. On the lower ground floor, an open and glass-fronted business
centre will be provided adjacent to two meeting rooms separated by
a bi-folding wall. A break out area/informal lounge will provide the
perfect space for clients to take time away from the office and for
informal catch ups. As you can see from the CGIs the uplift will give
the building a modern look and we hope the new facilities will be
welcomed by clients.
The works are due to be completed by 22 July.
