work; over the next 4 months we will be developing
our first wave of our digital transformation vision,
this will include the following four components:
New website showcasing the refreshed brand
Client app and portal allowing clients to:
View their current and historic invoices
Book meeting rooms
See historic and future meeting room bookings
Amend and cancel bookings
Log an issue
Provide contact information through their profile
Purchase additional services
See centre information, team contact information,
IT tutorials eg; ‘setting up your WIFI’
Community - see partnerships and event information
Meeting room portal – a vastly enhanced version will be
created with “sort”, “favourite” and advanced “search” and
“filtering” functionalities
