Compliance
The compliance team continue to strive to improve the
AML process and most recently worked closely with
the business development team on an initiative to
amend the mail handling form.
The enhanced mail handling form is now more specific and client
friendly, reducing the need to go back to the client to expand on
an answer as the new form prompts them to provide the required
information from the outset.
The form is also now LEO branded to give a more professional
look with wording adjusted, for better comprehension by both
colleagues and clients.
